Yes, you can start and complete your validation process and verify eligibility. Just keep your enrollment number and it can then be applied to your Frontier service once your order completes. You can enroll and then explore fiber plans to find the service that best matches your household’s needs.
If you’ve been approved for the Verizon Forward program, you should receive an approval email with your enrollment number. Once your Frontier Fiber service is installed and active, start the verify enrollment process and share your enrollment number. We’ll take care of adding it to your account. You can expect to see the Verizon Forward discount on your bill within 1–2 billing cycles.

The Verizon Forward program offers a monthly discount of up to $30 on your fiber bill. If you already receive other discounts — such as Auto Pay, Mobile + Home, or a Loyalty discount — those are counted toward the $30 total. This means your combined monthly discounts can be up to $30, and your Verizon Forward amount may adjust depending on any other discounts already on your account.
Once your eligibility is confirmed and you have applied the discount to your new or existing services, the Verizon Forward discount will appear within 1-2 billing cycles as a credit of “up to $30/mo”. If you are a new Frontier customer, your discount will appear within 1-2 billing cycles after your service is installed and active.
