Verizon Forward

Verizon Forward provides reduced cost internet to eligible new or existing customers. Qualifying customers may receive a service discount of up to $30/mo on their monthly fiber bill.

You may be eligible for Verizon Forward if you meet at least one of the criteria below:

• Qualified for one of these assistance programs within 180 days prior to application:
• Lifeline – Income is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines
• SNAP, Medicaid, or other programs Learn more
• Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Learn more
• Income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
• Received a Federal Pell Grant within a year prior to application
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
• Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit
• Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) General Assistance
• Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservation (FDPIR)
• Tribally Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF)
• Tribal Head Start (only those households meeting its income qualifying standard)

New and existing customers with Fiber 15 Internet, Fiber 30 Internet, Fiber 200M, 500M, 1 Gig, 2 Gig, 5 Gig, and 7 Gig who meet the program eligibility requirements may receive discounts on their internet service.

Yes, you can start and complete your validation process and verify eligibility. Just keep your enrollment number and it can then be applied to your Frontier service once your order completes. You can enroll and then explore fiber plans to find the service that best matches your household’s needs.

If you’ve been approved for the Verizon Forward program, you should receive an approval email with your enrollment number. Once your Frontier Fiber service is installed and active, start the verify enrollment process and share your enrollment number. We’ll take care of adding it to your account. You can expect to see the Verizon Forward discount on your bill within 1–2 billing cycles.

Yes! You can apply to Federal Lifeline, state Lifeline (in select states) and Verizon Forward programs to maximize your benefit.

The Verizon Forward program offers a monthly discount of up to $30 on your fiber bill. If you already receive other discounts — such as Auto Pay, Mobile + Home, or a Loyalty discount — those are counted toward the $30 total. This means your combined monthly discounts can be up to $30, and your Verizon Forward amount may adjust depending on any other discounts already on your account.

Once your eligibility is confirmed and you have applied the discount to your new or existing services, the Verizon Forward discount will appear within 1-2 billing cycles as a credit of “up to $30/mo”. If you are a new Frontier customer, your discount will appear within 1-2 billing cycles after your service is installed and active.
